The beginning of 2010 I made a resolution to lose weight. I weighed 135lbs in January 2010. I lost 15lbs over a 5 month period.

Now I have gotten so lazy and I am back up to 126. Its getting harder to keep the weight off. Plus I get really lazy.

Now I want to make regular exercise a part of my lifestyle. It may not seem like a lot of weight but my body weight distribution is not all that attractive.

I am doing this for me. I want to be fit, toned and healthy.

I am on my way there. Stating today with my 30 day shred.
