My first honest diary

Day 1 197kg
After being told it wud help to keep a diary thats what I will do, this time am so determined. Promised myself last nite wud go to bed early and walk to work....went to bed at 2.am after reading everyone elses diarys oops. Anyways had weetbix wiv skimmed milk for breakfast and drove to work. made a ham sandwich for lunch but only ate half never got chance to get brown bread so felt guilty,after work I had a strange dinner of salmon tuna and rice in a veg stock.(Something I wud never normally eat, I love meat potatoes and bread) I made loads and for the first time only put half the amount on the plate and froze the rest.I also ate straight away when I finished work where as normally wud slob and eat after 9pm, also drank 3 pints of water throughout the day.
think day one was a good day Ive no junk food in the house so I cant eat it.
Getting excited about this rather than dread, exercise is my next mission a wii fit is coming my way wednesday cant wait hee hee
.ps I will walk to work tomorrow
