my first before pics!

okay...so these are my before pics. i have no idea how much i weigh since my scale broke & im not allowed to get a new one, so any range estimates would be appreciated...okay here they are!

^my big old ballet thighs....im working on reducing the bulk and making the muscles longer

Not that having goals aren't great cause they are, but what bulk? I just see a lovely thin body there.

What is your diet like?

Im fat and chubby. I think Im gonna need to work out extra harder.

no im not a professional, but i hope to be in a few years! im just in training
as for the bulk thing, well dancers need SUPER long and lean muscles so even regular to us looks like too bulky
my diet is normal i guess....i eat a lot of fruit & veggies. im trying to focus on cutting out the carbs and sticking to protein, as most dancers do
 
Whenever people mention a dancer's body I always think of . As noted she's a member of the corps of the Pennsylvania Ballet, and a very good dance too.
 
you are alresdy so slim, it should be no problem for you to tone up the muscles that you want. good luck!
