What are you doing to lose the weight?
 
Thanks Becky! I workout and burn more calories then I eat. I eat 1000-1200 and burn 3500-4000. I work out 5-6 days a week a few hours of cardio and a 1-2 of muscle training.
 
Amazing progress in such a short time! Like Sunflower said, women shouldn't eat less than 1200 calories a day. Keep up the terrific work!
 
Agreed with the above comments! That's such a great accomplishment in only 6 weeks :D
