My FBW

1.
BenchPress 3 x 8 at 90 percent.
Squats 5 x 5 at 70 - 80 percent. I increase my weight after a set.
Chin Ups. To failure with 3 sets.
Dumbbell bent over rows 5 x 5 at 90 percent.
Various ab work.

2.
BenchPress 5 X 5 at 80 percent.
Squats 3 X 8 at 90 percent.
Barbbell bent over rows 5 X 5 at 90 percent.
Dips. To failure with 3 sets.
Deadlift 3 x 8 at 60 percent.
Various ab work.

I work out on M,W,F and I swap each day.
 
big lifts first. squats and deadlifts before anything else. Also, dont day 2, dont do squats, do deadlifts instead. doing both on the same day is very taxing.
 
how long have you been training propperly, doing squats and deadlifts etc?
If you want strenght you usually go a bit lower on the reps. 5x5 is good, if you want only strenght maybe 3x5 could be better and 3x8 is a bit high for strenght, but it depends how long you have been training.
 
Isn't 3 X 8 umm 8 sets of 3 reps? It might not be my 90 but I usually grind it out. I been training properly for a month now just only using 5 X 5. I put on around 55 pound on benchpress and around 30 pound on the squats. I think I just put that much weight on cause I gradually learned the correct form but umm yeah. Exactly a month.
