Hey Z, I find that it takes a couple of weeks to really see a weight change trend. Things like body water content have too much impact on day to day weight to make shorter term trends very meaningful. No doubt you are losing body fat, you have to be, over time your weight will show the loss.

You are doing great, keep it up!

Sounds delicious. Homemade fastfood is always better. I hope you got up late though cause that´s kind of a heavy start! But then you exercise a lot, so it´s probably fine.
