I've been wondering about trying that diet, but there are so many foods that I don't like and won't eat that I'm afraid it wouldn't work. I mean I'm drastically picky! Example:
Foods I don't like: fish(including tuna), allergic to seafood, no wild game, the only veggies I eat are: corn, lettuce, celery, potatoes, tomatoes and carrots (if the carrots are cooked with a roast or stew so I can mush 'em up and mix 'em with taters). I use onions sparingly, garlic or other spices almost never! I don't like: mayo, salad dressing, ketchup, mustard, or any other condiment.
I like some legumes: pork & beans, navy or northern beans if cooked w/ham...
Do you think the idiot diet would work for this idiot?
