My fat-loss-4-idiots diet plan

Hi

I have tried the beyond calories diet which you buy with the fatloss4idots diet. It is also an 11 day plan with 6 meals to be eaten throughout the day. I have lost over 3kg (6lbs) in those 11 days but less the next 11 days. I realise the first 11 days is mostly water as well. The diet does promote 2x30minute light exercise sessions a day or 1x45 minute. I haven't tried the FL4ID yet. I must admit I do like the beyond calorie diet and enjoy the variety of foods they give you.

hey my name is Tim....I'm not overweight, well maybe a tad bit, but I have an average build, i'm an active, 5'11 195 pound male, or I was 11 days ago. To me amazement.....this completely worked. I figured maybe 5-6 pounds....maybe. I didn't weight myself at all for pychological reasons until this morning the beginning of day 11. I was 195.2 10 days ago. I am 186.2 this morning. My goal is 179, i'm going to do one more cycle and that should do it, then back to strength training to add back muscle. I cheated a tad bit, eating cereal in the mornings where eggs or oatmeal wasn't on the diet, but i ate high fiber cereal with skim milk......awesome!

I've tried the Fat Loss 4 Idiots, It's helped me lose about 20 pounds in right around a month, I've kept it off and couldn't be happier.

I've been wondering about trying that diet, but there are so many foods that I don't like and won't eat that I'm afraid it wouldn't work. I mean I'm drastically picky! Example:
Foods I don't like: fish(including tuna), allergic to seafood, no wild game, the only veggies I eat are: corn, lettuce, celery, potatoes, tomatoes and carrots (if the carrots are cooked with a roast or stew so I can mush 'em up and mix 'em with taters). I use onions sparingly, garlic or other spices almost never! I don't like: mayo, salad dressing, ketchup, mustard, or any other condiment.
I like some legumes: pork & beans, navy or northern beans if cooked w/ham...

Do you think the idiot diet would work for this idiot?



 
I tried this 11 day diet. I lost two pounds. Which I think occurred just because I wasn't eating as many carbs as I usually do.
