Hi, I'm Katie, I'm 19 and I live in England. I'm a student and since going to university have put on 7lbs....
I currently weigh 161lbs, I'm 5 foot 5 but very fit, able to run 10km etc.

At my top weight i was 182lbs but managed to lose this through eating small bites. Since then I have stuck at around 155lbs - 160lbs which is very frustrating ! So now i am on easter holiday I will attempt to loose 14lbs in 2 weeks, hoping this diary will give me some support along the way...

Okay It's day one today, 08.53am and i've filled my 2 litre water bottle ready for the day... not hungry yet obviously but lets see how the day goes.

I will track everything I eat and every excersize I do so if this works hopefully you can follow the same plan.

Bad idea. It is generally accepted that a pound is equivalent to 3500 calories. You are probably burning somewhere around 2000 calories per day with a moderate amount of exercise, so even if you ate nothing at all, you would have to do a huge amount of exercise to reach your goal. If you do manage to lose 14 lb in 14 days, the majority of it will be water weight, and a lot of it will be muscle.

It sure would be nice if we could just drop as much weight as we pleased in just a few days but the human body really doesn't work that way. You may succeed, but the risk of injury and/or failure is high.

You're already very fit it seems. It'd be a terrible shame if you ended up making yourself terribly ill out of impatience.

However, there is a possibility you can succeed. But the risk is great and not really worth the returns.

Good luck, either way.
