My everyday workout, does it sound ok?

Well I wake up, eat breakfest go to school. and I swim for 30 minutes Usally 8:00 in the morning

Eat at lunch

I go home and have a snack

then at 6:00 at night ill weightlift for 40 minutes - 1 hour
30 minutes after I weight lift I take my creatine and my protien mix, and I eat something

then I just sit on my ass untill 10:00 then I sleep.

Is it ok that I do my cardio in the morning then weight train later on in the day :S? Should I do my cardio, then weight train right after, then 30 minutes after take my creatine and protien mix? does that sound ok? someone explain what im doing wronge
 
You're fine with doing cardio in teh morning and doing weight training in the evening. Try and do your creatine and PWO (post-workout) right after training and then eat when ever you feel hungry.

And remember, it's teh carbs not hte protein that are important post-workout.
 
Evolution I know I eat foods high in carbd, my older brother said u should wait 30 minutes after you weight train before you take the protien mix and the creatine..:S Is he right? Or should I take the protien and the creatine right after Im done working out?
 
Have you asked him why you should wait 30 minutes? Immediately following workout would be optimal since your PCr (phosphocreatine) levels are low.
 
Kk got it. as soon as im done working out take the protien/creatine/carbs.

Oh yea im using wheys protien mix and wheys creatine mix..Are these products safe? And are ok products, or is there better :S
