My "eating healthy" diary finally...

Hi all, weekend was ok sticked to the plan, delighted with myself:)
Br: nothing
Snack: caramel slice 350cal, just a treat for being so good at a weekend:)
Lunch: Ceasar salad with grilled chicken and low fat dressing (320)
Snack: nothing
Dinner: mixed greens salad and fish stew (370)
Vitamins: 100
TOTAL: 1140cal
 
B: nothing woke up too late
S: peanut butter 2 tbsp (200)
L: fish baked with veggies mayo and cheese (360)
S: water
D: same fish again cooked too much of it and I have no family so will be stuck to it for next day too:( (360)
S: Pu Erh tea or whatever it called, meant to be good for your kidneys
Vitamins (100)
TOTAL: 1020cal very low, but thats because i missed my breakfast
Walked for 1.5 hours to work. will probably take a bus back home, raining all day not a great day for walking, got all soaking to work:))

Decided to try Atkins for the next 2 weeks, see how will I do on it!
Atkins anyone?

yay another 2 pounds down, I am doing it people:))
Walked the usual 1.5 hours in the morning to work

L: meatballs (284), cucumber sliced with salad dressing (24+67)
S: water
D: fish bake (350) tea

TOTAL: 1389cal

Oh had some vodka orange juice coctail last night, very naughty, but then I thought that I walked for 3 hours yesterday too so that made up for the drink.

Also I have noticed that my skin is much crearer and even than before I started the diet, yay!
