My E-Diary

Diary for Tuesday:

Got up at 10am and i ate breakfast for once!! i had a bowl of special K :D I was running late at lunch time for work so i only ate a pack of Quavers crisps and a banana. At dinner time i took a large chicken tikka salad into work (it was so good!) and a big pack of chopped pineapples (amazing too) which everyone was eyeing up so i had to share :p. Got in from work and was a bit hungry so i ate another bowl of special K ( i love the peach and apricot one!) and that was me for the day.

Only doing half a day at work tomoz as im going to see a good friend of mine which im looking forward to! maybe he will notice my weight loss as ive not seen him for a month.
 
No worries! Let me know how it tastes on a potato, I'm pretty boring, I just eat it plain.

It's great you've replaced those chips with a banana sometimes :)

Also, good stuff about having brekky. I have never eaten it my whole life until this health journey. I still don't enjoy it, but just do it and think of it as fuel like someone else said.

You know how you said the low fat ceaser sauce was foul? I remember trying low fat mayo - talk about putrid!!! I'd just stick with your normal one, but maybe put less on.

Are low fat chips no good for me then? only 2g of fat in them per bag, i realy enjoy them but if there no good for me then i will drop them completely.

As i said, i get up quite late (10am+) so i dont usualy bother with breakfast i just wait till lunch time and have that.
 
Seems like you're having a great first few weeks, almost a stone in that time is nothing to turn the nose up at! Keep up the good work, I know what you're going through! :D

Yeah thanks its going pretty well, not nearly as hard as i thought it would be, didnt think i'd enjoy salads so much! Only hard thing ive encountered was giving up the diet coke. Its all i used to drink but now i only drink water and will have 1 glass of coke when going out for a meal or bowling etc.

Ive probably lost a stone or maybe more by now (hopefuly), but my electric scales have packed up and the scales in the pharmacy arnt there right now because there refurbishing the place so will have to wait a bit more to weigh myself.

Apparently my face is looking thinner but i realy cant tell the difference. Im definatly feeling like ive got alot more energy, my manager at work has noticed a sharp increase in my work performance gone up from 90%-105% to 120%+ which hes pretty pleased about lol. Hes been telling me to stay off the diet coke for months now since i had my hemiplegic migraine while on a forklift, he thinks the bubbles must of gone to my brain or something lol.
 
xD hahaha bubbles went to your brain indeed. Great work on your job improvement! The low fat chips are OK as long as they are not high in sodium.

Thanks Jess :) That's cute how you spelled "behavior" in British English :p Have y'all (Texan for "you all", haha) tried salt free ketchup? Now THAT is absolutely atrocious. To make matters worse, its hard to differentiate because the damn bottle looks almost exactly the same and I keep accidentally buying it when I don't pay attention >_<

Ive not tried that but ive tried low fat salad cream which was actualy not to bad, everything else low fat tho just seems to be absolutly foul!

Diary for Wednesday:

Had lunch as first meal at 12.45pm, Had a low fat ham salad sandwich, with a pack of low fat crisps and a special K bar. Then for dinner i had a large prawn salad with a dollop of mayo, then a pack of chopped pineapples for desert.
I went out after work and got back around 1am and was feeling realy hungry so i made myself a chicken sandwich.
 
Diet Coke remains my one real vice too, I've been having a can with lunch most days- and to be fair, it's not going to affect your weight loss, but it can't hurt to quit it eventually too.
 
Diary for Thursday:

Had lunch again as first meal at 12:15pm, had a ham cucumber and onion sandwich (yummy) with a pack of low fat crisps. for dinner at work i took a large chicken tikka salad and a pack of pineapple chunks. Later on after work i had a muller light yogurt and a banana as a snack.

Couple of my friend of convinced me to start playing WoW again, lets see how long it lasts this time! :S
 
Diary for Friday:

Lunch at 12.30pm, had a ham sandwich and low fat crisps. For dinner i took a chicken tikka salad in to work with a pack of pineapple chunks. Later after work i had a bowl of cereal as a snack.

Weekend off work woooo, hardly ever get both days off on the weekend!

Did that pharmacy get its scales back yet? I'm thinking of logging back into WoW as soon as this semester is over only because now I know four people IRL that plays. Prior it was just me and my good buddy so we'll see how that goes.
 
Nope pharmacy still not open.. :(

Yeah they have changed alot of things in wow now, new talent tree's are awesome, i started a orc hunter :D
 
Diary for Saturday:

Had lunch as first meal again at 1.30pm, 1 low fat ham sandwich and a pack of Quavers. For dinner at 6pm we had Steak with a ceaser salad, vegatable rice, sweet corn and a boiled egg, was very nice! For a snack later on i had a pack of chopped pineapples.
 
Diary for sunday:

Lunch around 1pm as usual, low fat ham sandwich with a pack of Quavers. For dinner i had my weekly treat, INDIAN FOOD! :D chicken tikka masala with vegtable rice and a keema naan om nom nom nom.
 
Diary for monday:

Got up at 4.30am for morning shift, had a special k bar just before leaving. had breakfast at work at 10.30am, i took in some special k cereal, a banana and a muller light. Didnt eat again till 5pm, I had chicken and broccoli pasta.
 
Hating the way I look more and more, realy wanna lose more weight and get down that gym... Im crazy about this girl and we realy get on well but I dare not ask her out in my current state, I dont have the confidence :(

Diary for Tuesday:

Up at 4.30am, had a special k bar before heading off to work at 5.15am. I then had breakfast at 9.30am, I took some special K cereal in with a banana and muller light, quite filling and tastey it seems :) Got in from work at 2.30pm, was hungry so made a low fat ham sandwich and a bit of light cottage cheese. For dinner later at 5.30pm I had a jacket potatoe with light cottage cheese on top, a ceaser salad and some chicken.

Gonna go watch the new Jackass 3D tomorrow or thursday, cant wait! :)
 
How close are you guys? Girls tend to know when guys are attracted to them. You should try anyway before the opportunity passes you by...

No doubt she knows i like her lol, everyone can tell i like her at work and keep telling me to ask her out, she works in transport in a differnt part of the warehouse but i still go in daily to chat with her :) we go out alot together with other friends, i just cant pluck up the courage to ask her out with just me and her.
