My dream flat stomach

During few day I gained 3 pounds!:( I have to work again. Is it bad? Have i still flat stomach?
 
Don't worry honey, a flat stomach does require continuous work but if you gain three pounds in a few days without having binged several times you can be sure it's mostly water weight. Hormone cycle, salt consumption, unaccustomed exercise, not having been to the toilet before weighing... Those can all raise the number on the scale even if you didn't gain a gram of fat.
 
No I can´t. I´m not in the habit of looking at other people and wondering what they weigh so I have no practice and no credibility on the subject. The only person whose impression of your body matters is you. People aren´t pieces of meat on display for customers so they can decide which they want to buy.
 
The last time I offered a comment on what a 16 year old step-daughter was provocatively wearing went poorly. She would have been thrilled to hear exactly what I said ..... from the person or persons whose very specific kind of attention she was trying to evoke. Thankfully I'm understood to be more curmudgeon than lecher and from my 60's perspective, you look great. I hope that wasn't too much of a let down. Like the step-daughter, consider the source. Possibly many people on a weight loss forum might consider your photo enviable so this is a good place to stoke your ego. Try soliciting comments on a figure modelling forum and comments may be more critical.

As LaMaria said, you need to be happy with yourself. If your self worth depends on what others think, you're selling yourself short and wide open to manipulation by others when their opinion matters.
 
If it´s just about an opinion and not a proper guesstimate of your weight: I think you look great and you seem to be at a healthy weight.
 
my criticism: you are fishing for compliments and letting your ego get the better of you, this is a supportive community which offers positive suggestions when needed but does not criticise for the sake of being critical.

participate in the community and you will get appropriate support and feedback.
 
I put on weight 6 pounds this week!!! I dont know what am I doing wrong.I eat healthy although this month in this week eat fast food but only 3 days a week. In the evening always do 15 min exercises. Can someone help me???
