My diet ...

hi everyone...

At moment, i'm learning to count the calories and how to works this...not simple. as i thought.

But always i have a problem...don't have hungry. My count are very low...today i had 461 cals (fat: 75gr/ carbs 115cals/ protein: 219)



but i had eat a Grilled Chicken Breast without skin...but i do not find that on list.:svengo:

And perhpas, I'll will exercices my self to june, beford that is quite soon...
