My diet plan

Ok- so i am in need of losing about 5-8kg.

I dont have an exact diet plan so i would love some input from you guys :)

Today i am trying to go light on the load, just to have a fresh start tomorrow.

It is 9.30am here so far and i am yet to eat anything. Am going o go and get a vege juice (carrot, celery, ginger) to start the day. I know you should have a big breakfast but today i feel really full and bloated so am going to try to go light .. and will get into a regular plan from tomorrow.

I will also pick up a vege-roll from the shop. Its a baguette with feta, and roasted veges. I realised its probably not the best choice..... i will eat half for lunch and half for dinner.

I'll also get 2 apples to snack on.

Is that ok for the day?? any tips???
 
What have you try in your weight loss? Everyone need and want are different in weight loss. It is important that your diet plan are able to accommodate your daily life style.

Give me a bit more idea on what you are doing now?

I am a nutritionist in Singapore.
 
Hi, Mads, and welcome. I don't know how many calories are in the roll you're planning, but see if you can find out. I strongly suspect you are going to be eating too little.

Think about more fiber and less fat. Check out FitDay.com to log your food so you know exactly what you are eating and how many calories, etc., you're getting. Knowing that makes this process much easier.

I won't fuss too much, though, until I see what you eat tomorrow :)
