my diet diary

today is my first day of my diet this is how it is going so far

today i had
6 strawberys
1 tomato
6 grilled chicken strips
1 slice whole weat bread

so far i think thats good

and i did a 17 minute cardio on my oliptical machine and im still going to do sit ups and leg raises for my core and weight lifting
 
You look like you might be too low on your calorie intake to even support your basic metabolism let alone a workout.
 
I agree with Stingo, do some research. The most successful people here eat 6 times a day. Fitday is a great resource that can help you figure out how much you need to maintain and then just subtract 500 calories. I wasn't quite sure about this technique smyself, but it truly works well. Best of luck in reaching your goals.
