Is there a reason you eat so much chocolate ?
I don't know, I always had some sort of "food habits", I can have period where I don't eat chocolate for a really long time and don't miss it, and one day, I just have to eat something chocolaty two days in a row and I'm hook for quite some time...
It's difficult for me to stop afterwards.
Today
50min kickboxing
Food
- chocolate+++
- 2 portions of baguette bread with butter
- 1 portion of camembert cheese
- 1 portion of Kiri cheese
- 2 eggs omelet with white rice and zucchini
- 5 crackers with butter
- at least 5 slices of vanilla cake
- applesauce
- veggie lasagna with spinach
So again, great beginning of the day, with a sport session and an OK meal, but afterwards I ate lots and lots of chocolate, vanilla cake, bread...
I'm trying to accept myself as I am and telling myself that I can always eat more tomorrow but it's not always successful.
I will continue to try to be mindful about that tomorrow.
