Yeah, I know my body don't like my diet lately because I have trouble digesting. I will try this approach of "detoxifiying" after so many sugary days but I know it'll be difficult for me, and I have to go to a restaurant tomorrow too...
I tried to at least not eat chocolate but lots of veggies & fruits & protein today, but... yeah xD

Today
5min meditation + 50min cardio strengh

Food
- 2 apples
- 4 portions of baguette bread with butteer
- 1 onigiri
- 1 soup
- veggie nuggets with green beans, white rice and ketchup
- 2 portions of Kiri cheese
- 4 madeleines

Too many madeleines and bread, but I didn't eat chocolate at least. Tomorrow indian restaurant, I'll try to continue to lower my sweets consumption.
 
Eat slowly, lots of veggie & fruits first!!

Today
40min butt and thigh workout

Food
- 1 savory crepe with comté cheese
- 1 veggie pané with tomatoes, green beans and ketchup
- 4 portions of baguette bread with butter
- 2 portions of camembert cheese
- 1 apple
- 1 slice of tea cake
- 1 madeleine
- 4 slices of chocolate tart
- lots of praline chocolate
- 2 big slices of pizza
- 2 tangerines


I binged again today even though I didn't want to, it's like since I'm bored I want to eat or bake. I know it but it's difficult to change.
I need to find something to distract me and really eat all my meals sitting down, and load up on veggies and fruits. Will try to remind myself of this everyday.
 
I listened to the beginning of the book "Intuitive Eating" by Evelyne Tribole today.

For now, my guidelines would be :
- I need to eat when I'm hungry
- Breathe before eating and stop halfway through the meal to listen to my stomach
- Eat sitting down
- Try to eat veggies and fruits

Today
50min tabata workout

Food
- 2 tangerines
- chocolate
- several slices of chocolate tart
- some raspberries
- baguette bread with butter
- several slices of comté cheese
- 1 savory crepe with cheese
- 1 madeleine
- 5 crackers with butter
- pastas with pesto, cheese and dried tomatoes


Thoughts at the end of the day : I binge ate again, even though I was motivated, I was really so full! I know it's a process, so I won't feel down but I really need to load up on the veggies, I didn't have any today, it would probably not have done a big difference, but still.
 
Today

- strawberries with a banana
- chocolate+++
- 1 apple with cinnamon
- 3 portions of baguette bread with butter
- 2 portions of camembert cheese
- 2 eggs cheese omelet with zucchinis
- 5 crackers with chocolate

I'm getting better, I just ate way too much chocolate, it's high quality chocolate, and I have lots and lots in my home right now. Tomorrow, much more fruits to replace the chocolate :)
 
Is there a reason you eat so much chocolate ?
I don't know, I always had some sort of "food habits", I can have period where I don't eat chocolate for a really long time and don't miss it, and one day, I just have to eat something chocolaty two days in a row and I'm hook for quite some time...
It's difficult for me to stop afterwards.

Today
50min kickboxing

Food
- chocolate+++
- 2 portions of baguette bread with butter
- 1 portion of camembert cheese
- 1 portion of Kiri cheese
- 2 eggs omelet with white rice and zucchini
- 5 crackers with butter
- at least 5 slices of vanilla cake
- applesauce
- veggie lasagna with spinach

So again, great beginning of the day, with a sport session and an OK meal, but afterwards I ate lots and lots of chocolate, vanilla cake, bread...
I'm trying to accept myself as I am and telling myself that I can always eat more tomorrow but it's not always successful.
I will continue to try to be mindful about that tomorrow.
 
50min HIIT

Food
- chocolate+++
- 1 apple with cinnamon
- 1 crepe with butter
- 2 portions of baguette bread
- 1 portion of Comté cheese
- 1 portion of camembert cheese
- 2 eggs cheese omelet with white rice, zucchini and spinach
- 1 applesauce
- 1 chocolate mousse

I ate all my high quality chocolate, so there's no more xD I have this strange perception that since I ate it all, it's good because I won't/can't eat it anymore. It's stupid but yeah.
Besides this mini chocolate binge, my day was quite OK, I hope I will be able to nourish my body with more veggies and fruits tomorrow as well! :)
 
50min total body hiit

Food

- 2 portions of baguette bread
- 1 portion of Comté cheese

- 2 applesauces / plumsauce

Great day today! I ate lots of carbohydrates but at least no bingeing and no chocolate!
 
40min lower body strengh

Food
- mozarella veggie wrap at McDonald's
- chocolate muffins at McDonald's
- 1 banana
- 1 tangerine
- 4 portions of baguette bread with butter
- 2 portions of camembert cheese
- 2 eggs cheese Raclette omelet with white rice and zucchini
- 1 soup
- 1 big applesauce / plumsauce

I ate at McDonald's at lunch and I ate lots of bread, but otherwise I still ate lots of fruits, but maybe not enough veggies.
 
I stopped writing a few days and had some binging sessions + lots of going out at restaurants... I'll try to go back on track again!

So today I think I ate :

- 1 yogurt with stevia
- 1 apple
- 10 cracker with butter
- 1 slice of "healthy" chocolate cake
- 2 eggs raclette cheese omelet with zucchinis gratin and white rice
- 2 portions of baguette bread with butter
- 3 squares of 60% chocolate
- 1 soup
 
Today :
- white rice
- 1 apple
- 1 slice of "healthy" chocolate cake (1 banana + 40g chocolate + 20g milk + 15g flour)
- 1 slice of unhealthy chocolate cake
- 5 boiled quail eggs
- 1 portion of baguette bread with butter
- 2 huge slices of raclette pizza with spinach
- 5 oatmeal / banana cookies
- raspeberries and blueberries
- 1 square of 70% chocolate
 
For today :

- pecan nuts
- 5 hazlenut chocolates
- 1 portion of baguette bread with butter
- 3 boiled eggs
- white rice
- breaded fish with zucchini and white rice
- pear sauce with blueberries
- 2 squares of 70% chocolate
- 1 sweet semolina
- 3 crackers
 
Food for today :
- 2 boiled eggs
- white rice
- 2 apples
- pasta with spinach, cheese and an egg
- 1 portion of baguette bread
- 1 portion of camembert cheese
- 1 portion of blueberries / raspberries
- 2 big slices of chocolate / hazlenut cake

- 3 croque monsieur with cheese / pesto / trout

I thought I ate veggies at each meal, but maybe it's not enough.
I had a long binge-day yesterday again, so I will try to get back on track today ;;
 
- Overnight oats with 1 banana
- 3 portions of baguette bread with butter
- 2 portions of camembert cheese
- veggie nuggets with cauliflower/brocoli/romanesco, white rice and ketchup
- 2 squares of 70% chocolate
- 1 apple

I wanted to limit my intake of carbs and sugar but I'm not quite there yet. It will be a slow process I think.
