I did 16 sets of bi's
16 sets of tri's
5 sets of abs last night.  Also 15 minutes of cardio....yuck...but doing it.  I want a 6 pack!!!  
I ate 2 skinless chickent breasts, rice, green peppers and onions and salad with no dressing last night and drank water.
For breakfast, I had 2 slices of whole wheat bread with natural peanut butter on it and a bowl of oatmeal.
