I am going to start this diary back.  Hope that everyone is doing good.  Lifting 5 days per week with no training partner.  I am going at 5am every morning and the only other gym rats there have partners.  I can't move up on my bench so my chest is lagging and it really stinks!!!  I can't get past a sticking point.  
I ate Creatine, Whey, Oatmeal and PB shake this morning.  50g of whey at mid morning, Salad and tuna on wheat for lunch and another 50g of whey this afternoon.  I am posting this pic .... it is a bad photo...dang...I look so small in it...oh well.. I AM NOT giving up.  I will be 47 in a couple of months and want to do some kind of competition by 50.
