I'm on day 5 so far, which feels like way more than it is. I haven't settled into a proper routine yet, but have been eating right and exercising.
I'm 5"3, which sucks, cos weight looks worse on a shorter person, (not an excuse, just an unfortunate fact). And i don't think i carry it well anyway. I'm about 12 stone, (168 pounds) although this is a guess as i'm not weighing myself at this point.
My goal weight is about 8.5 stone (119 pounds). Which i've got down to before on the same diet/exercise plan. 50 pounds in 6 months is the plan, April 2012. I guess i'm the epitome of the yo yo dieter. So this is the year of the yo. Not going to give up, cos i know the price of that all too well.
For food i'm eating earlier and more often than i did, switching chocolate and crisps for vegetables and lean meats. I'm getting in an average amount of exercise by running with my dogs but i do think i could be doing more.
I know i shouldn't, but i look in the mirror and expect to see some sort of miraculous difference already. I think i just need to sit tight and give it a month or two.
