My Diary :)

no more excuses. going to get back on track this week. uni is back, and so is my determination.
 
feeling so much better now that uni is back, my life has routine and structure and i got my tax return so i actually have money now too. been eating better and even started going back to the gym.

The fiasco of holidays left me with putting most of the weight i had lost all back on, but im less than a kilo away from being back down to my original weight loss weight now. mum was super proud of me, as i managed to do it despite fighting a headcold and uni dramas (switching classes etc) so i had to work hard for it. it's great having her support but i know at the end of the day im the only one that can control what goes in my mouth, so i need to focus if i want to keep this up.

My boyfriend has also decided he wants to get fit, we both agreed to start making healthier dinners for each other and have less take-away. I'm lucky to have him.

For future reference to myself - i need to keep my eye on the prize and take it one day at a time, because i worked out that as soon as i look at my long term goals i give up hope and they seem unachievable, but the second i aim for 'ok just one healthy day, just one trip to the gym, just one kilo this week' it all seems so much easier.
