Ok so dieted for about a year, lost about 4 and a half stone. got one more stone a half to lose. Had about three weeks off
Now back onto it.

Goal 1 stone. maybe 1.5
Time 3 months.


I know it seems silly but logging it will really help me :)

Week 1 21st feb
weigh: 11.3 :eek:
Mood: raring to go
Cals: 1600
Excercise: aim for 300 cals x3 days

It doesn't seem silly at all! A lot of us keep our weight history, exercise logs, and food diaries here! It's a great way to keep trace and to see your progress!!

Good luck, and please keep us updated! We love hearing how people are doing :) And congrats on your wonderful weight loss already! You're doing an amazing and fantastic job :)

*Update*

Weighed myself this morning and lost three pound!!!which i am really cuffed with since didn't really have a good weekend :)

11 pound to go :)

bad day!!

i was being very good all week and yesterday i think i went a bit insane!!
I have stuck to around 1600 cal a day but i had 3 slices of pizza and biscuits! adding up to 2433 calories!! :eek2:

Anyway i have logged it now and carrying on, if i have a lower cal day today say about 1300 or 1200 if i can and go a bit loopy at the gym, will it still help my weight loss?

we all slip up! Don't worry - if you get back on the wagon, and keep eating healthy and exercising, you won't even notice the slip up :)

And for the first time in a long time i can get into a size 10(uk)

Stayed the same this week :(

Can understand tho because was not very well mid week so did not go to the gym as much as i would normally boo

Wont be able to go that much this week either because waaay to much on :( we will see. fingers crossed
