Thanks so much! I like having the smaller goals. It makes things more of a reality and when i dont make a full goal, i dont feel bad because ive mad little ones.
I actually started by putting paperclips up at work. So for every pound I put a silver paperclip and make a chain. Every small goal (every 5 lbs) I add a colored paperclip. I have a long chain now and its jsut great. I will proabably leave it up forever so I can remind myself how well I have done. :) And also remind myself how well I have done and I really don't want to ahve to take them off the chain :)

Thanks everyone for your posts. Yes of course you can use that idea. It's really excitiing, seeing it get longer. I am doing ok on the weight loss aspect. I weighed in low yesterday(missed fridays weighin) So hopefully i can keep that number down. That calls for some good workouts this week. No cheating or missing workouts. I am getting so close to my goal. I hope everyone is having a great sunday.
 
Soooo I weighed in today at 138!!! i am very proud of myself... and I went to a zumba class this morning. I only ever count my wednesdays, so let's hope i can keep it up!

Thanks Caiman. I am very excited. Its one of the last big hurdles untill my goal.
My orginal goal was 130, but i think 125 will be the final goal. I can't imagine being that small and having the tools and knowledge to stay there.
I am doing my weigh in tonight so I hope i have maintained or even dropped a tad.
I am going to zumba tonight as well so that will be a nice booster!!
As well as skiing on Sunday. :party:

I have a christmas party this saturday and I am so excited. I was going to buy a dress but i have this sexy black dress that I havent been able to wear, and it fits!!

I feel like writing out a bit of a food journal for today

Haha ain't it grand being able to fit into 'that,' clothing you tuck away in your wardrobe waiting for the day you can shine in it ^^ Guess this xmas party is that day to shine! Hope you have an amazing time at that party.

The thursday after

So not what I wanted to see on the scale this week. I am not too sad. I still had a .8 loss. I think its because its a bloat week for me. ive been feeling it. Soooo more water. I did kick my butt in Zumba last night. I worked extra hard. I am hoping for a good loss tomorrow. I know for sure I won't make my exact goal date, but thats alright. I think it'll only be off by a few weeks and plus I might add to my goal (the extra 5 lbs to go)
So I didnt cheat much yesterday so that was great. I had 6-500ml water bottles yesterday!! Which is 12 cups of water. Pretty good! I might try it again today. I need to flush everything out lol.

I hope everyones day is going well.Back to work for me :)

Its jsut chocolate protein power. About 250 calories. I love the taste. And I get a chocolate fix ;)
 
On the weekend

So I didnt do well this weekend. Saturday, I wasnt in the mood to eat. I am normally the one who tells people not to skip meals, and I always pick good choices etc. But i hardly ate anything. Then sunday I did a huge workout. 5 hours of skiing. Its was great. I love skiing. But i ate my shake like always, for lunch I ordered a veggie type dish and it was repulsive. So gross. So didnt finish that. Dinner I did well. I have steak, corn and salad. So overall nto the worst. But not the best.

:( Oh well. TOdays a new day.
 
I'm amazed at your water intake.
If I downed water the way I continue to down Diet Dr. Pepper, I'd probably be in far better shape!

I love water so much. So drinking alot doesnt phase me. I do love diet cream soda though, So what I do is, if I drink 2 litres of water I treat myself to a cream soda and then have another glass of water after.

I weighed in a little higher last night. i am not even worried because I felt a little heavier to me. When i weighed in this morning, it wasn't too bad at all. I had a very low number. So we will see in tomorrow.

Oh I wanted to give a great food that I now love. FISH TACOS. I have mahi mahi ones. The fish was just cooked in cajun, no deep fried or batter. and in whole wheat tortilla with lots of veggies. So delicious.
 
Wednesday!!!! dum dum dummm

So I think i did fairly well this week. The weekend wasnt the best but i did try to make up for it. Not a whole not of cheating. I really hope that I have lost at least 1.5 pounds from last week. *cross fingers*.

Monday I actually weighed in higher, so i am sure there will be a drop from then but it all depends on what tonight says.

I will write waht I ate yesterday.

Toast (2 slices, weight watchers bread)

Some pringles(about 10) :( Not the best

I weighed in at 137 :)
You know what that means..?..20LBS!!! yay!
I can't believe i carried 20 extra pounds around. The place where I weigh in has a body backpack thing that weighs and looks like 20 lbs of fat lol. Its so heavy. I am very proud of myself. Technically I have 7 lbs left to my goal, but like I had said before I'll probably go down to 125.

I had chicken wings last night.....not good...but they were awesome and I decided I could have that treat. other than that, Ia te very well yesterday. :)
 
I remember when I first wrote you, and I was "just behind you" in weight.. Now you've got me beat by ten pounds!! Amazing job!!

Hello Everyone,

I havent posted in a while. Sorry about that. Been busy and with busy came not the best eating and I ended upnot losing any at this weeks weigh in but gained a little. Its very upsetting to me, because I work so hard and I let it slip for a little bit and poof. I think it was the sodium content in some of the foods i had eaten. Just because I hadn't picked overly bad foods.
I am so close and seeing that number made it seem far now. I know I am better than to let a little gain deter me. (it was just a pound)
So I am back in the game. Today and yesterday I did well with my eating and I will continue. I also did a turbo jam video last night and I am going to hot yoga tonight.

So I think I am doing ok. I havent eaten anything outrageous. Just the normal and when I am not fully on plan I compensate and have one less snack or whatever else I need to do. I am punding back the water. And I have actually worked out every day this week. I went to zumba on Monday and right after I was like, I should go for a likke walk/run on the treadmill. I RAN for forever. 30 minutes or so. Zumba is pretty intense and then going to run, thats awesome for me and plus, I used to be the worlds worst runner. I've never been able to run for a long time. I was so proud of myself. Yesterday I got up extra early and did my workout. That was another accomplishment for me :):party:

I dont think my weigh in will be what I wanted. I am slowing down. I think it could potentially be because of me getting close to the goal. So I am going to try extra hard. I am starting to set mini goals for myself.

So here is a few I have thought of:

-Drink 10-12 glasses per day (I have done well with this goal)
-Get up three times per week to have a quick workout
-1-2 classes per week.
-Train for running 1-2 per week.

I want to have a few more but we will see.
