Well hello, this is not my first post here but I have simply forgotten my old username and had to create a new one.

Almost exactly 3 years ago I found myself in this same situation. It was the monday after thanksgiving and I stepped on the scale and clocked in at 250 pounds! Now I had always been a bigger guy, hovered usually 210-220 but was active and happy, and just never let it bother me. But the day I hit 250 I made a life changing decision, and over the next 6 months I lost 70 pounds and was down to a lean 180!

Here I am, 2.5 years after my first transformation and am back up to 230. (12/9/2008)

This will be my diary. Here are my measurements

relaxed/ flexed

Neck= 16.25
Right Bi= 15 /16.5
left Bi= 14.75 / 16
Chest= 46 / 48
waist= 41
Hips= 43
Right Quad= 26 / 26
Left Quad= 26 / 26
Right Calf= 15.5 / 15.5
Left Calf= 15.5 / 15.5

I will post a picture every month from here on out. Try not to be disgusted in the first few months.
