30 Minutes Fat Burner, L7

Spinning tonight - our regular instructor is on vacation so the assistant manager of the gym (who has been coming on tuesdays) will be taking over tonight. Should be interesting.
 
Oh yea..they are in the freezer as we speak. Going to get the yogurt and graham crackers tomorrow. Can't wait..wish I could have it now. I might get the stuff yet today.:D

I can't recall what weights I did the exercises at - suffice it to say they were at the previous workout levels or 5 lbs higher.
 
Workout 8/3

Just did classes today (yoga and spinning) as I went with a coworker to lunch to celebrate her getting a new job.
