I finally decided to do this.

At this present minute I am at work. Just now one of my co-workers called me fat. AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG like I do not know :s

anyway, here I go, I am 24 and weight 180lbs
My goal weight is 118 lbs I'm 5'4

I need your support, I have been dealing with this overweight for almost 2 years, I do not want to go out. I just get out to come to work and school. I am planning on buying an elliptical machine since it is cold outside.

One of my friends told me that I can lose about 15lbs month if I do the right things.

My plan is to eat less, healthier and exercise. I tend to eat late at night, so that is another thing I need to stop doing. Also, I need to exercise urgently, I spend all day sitting down in from of the computer here at work.

I am the type of person that needs to weight in everyday in order to keep track so here you will see me writing everyday or at least the weekdays.

Wish me luck cause I know this is the last time. This time I will be in shape.

Today
Breakfast:
Glass of non-fat milk
one orange

Lunch:
White rice, just a little bit, with chicken

Snack:
One apple

Dinner:
Im planning on preparing an omellette

1 percent of your body weight a week is a realistic goal to shoot for...

Spend some time reading the stickied threads in the forum you'll get lots of valuable and important nutrition and exercise advice...

One of the things you'll learn in reading -- is that it doesn't matter what time of day you eat - eating late at night won't affect fat l oss or gain -it's total calories consumed during the day that count...
 
Thank you Mal, I'm off to reading that. I have serious problems counting the calories so It will be very helpful.

Well, today's weight was the same 180 lbs.
For the following two weeks I am doing a whole body cleanse. It takes 14 days, it is based on fiber etc. I will do it as indicated in order to maximize the results.

So for the following 2 weeks I am on a Whole Body Clease Mission.
I am starting tomorrow Feb 10, 2008 and it will finish Feb 23, 2008.

Wish me luck, and let's see how it goes.

Everything is to be taken before I go to bed. It says to cut the bad things, try to eat as healthy as possible so it cleans up what is stored in my body.

today is the first day and I am very positive about it.

I did not weight myself today since I have my period. I will weight in on friday.

for breakfast I had 2 oranges, a bowl of cereal with 2% milk
for lunch a subway sandwich 6"
for dinner Im planning on preparing a tuna salad.

We can!!! who said no? lol

First of all, Happy Valentine's dy to everyone!!!

My Weight Today: 177 lbs

I know I have not lost that much but it feels great!!!!

Today's Menu

Breakfast: Cereal w/ 2% Milk + half glass of orange juice
Snack: An apple
Lunch: a very small portion of white rice, beans, and chicken breast
Snack: 3 Crackers
Dinner: Tuna Salad

the whole body cleanse it is going pretty good. I drink everything at night before going to bed.

thank you for the support. I know I will be healthy and in shape!
 
Today's weight is: 175.5 lbs
I'm very happy of the results I'm seeing!

but I do not understand why no ones supports me around here!!
it seems like I have to be depressed in order to receive support from you guys.
