Well ... I havn't been on here in a while just because i have been sooo busy with uni and work i just havn't had the time. But now im back
Had a weigh in yesterday and i've lost 7lbs in 3 weeks ... im well chuffed. But even more amazing news .. i am now under 17st!!!!!!!!
I now weight 16st 11lb
i aint been under 17st in well over a year .. such a good feeling!!! 
Have given up carbs, in the form of white bread, pasta & potatoes and eat mainly cereal, chicken, fish, vegetables, fruit etc, which is a great help. Im still going to have them but only once or twice a week not 2 or 3 times a day. The bread and pasta i do have will be brown bread and brown pasta .. i think this has helped me lose and push past my plateau as i think my body is finding it hard to burn off the carbs
How is everyone else getting on?
