My diary which sucks so far

Okay, so I'm just going to use this as a food intake diary.

Today, at lunch, I had a chicken quesadilla, order of shoestring fries with it, chips and salsa, a couple of bites of Queso Fundido. For supper I had a Whopper Jr.

But this was all before my determination set in to lose weight. Hopefully, I will work on this hard (giggity) and try to set my eating habits straight.

As a favor, when no one hears from me for a couple of days on here, start PMing me and stuff. I need motivation. Hardcore motivation.
 
When I stay on this website, I STAY motivated. If I dissapear for more than a few days all hell breaks loose! Keep up the motivation to get healthy, and things will go great for ya :) Welcome to the forum!

Okay, so, so far today, I have had a fried chicken breast, some potatoes and a roll. Oh, and a bite of Poptart. lol I'm doing horribly at this but, like I said, if I can get into the habit of staying on this website, maybe I'll stay motivated. Now, someone give me the motivation to clean my house too... :( lol

What is it that goes through your head when you think of eating something healthy, but instead you pick up a pop-tart... yes a bite counts ;)....

I am just trying to think if there is anything that I do, to help with little cravings like that. Because it happens to me, 100%!!

I go for fruit, diet soda, sweet tasting tea (unsweetened - chocolate mint and chai are my favourites) or hard candy (one is often enough!) If all else fails, I brush my teeth and that usually helps :D
