My Diary (= Loosing 55 pounds

I'm currently 175, and want to be about 120, which is the 'ideal' weight for someone my height. I'm 4' 8'' and 20 years old.


I honestly don't have that active of a lifestyle. The most exercise I normally get is taking care of the animals. I haven't been able to walk my dog lately because she recently had puppies, and now one of her puppies has Parvo so I've been kind of home bound for some time.

I used to be skinny when I was younger, and I used to play a lot of sports. I don't mind walking, but I seem to have a huge lack of motivation. I'd rather have somewhere to walk to, and with lack of money, there's nowhere to go!


So here I will do regular weigh ins and see how my BMI changes, ect. I will also be keeping a calorie diary, starting tomorrow! (=

Remember to eat lots of veggies! And even if that's all you have time for there

are other ways to get little bits of exercise in, like taking the stairs instead

of the elevator, or biking to work--doing more chores around the house. Things

like that, just a suggestion though(Idk if you already do that)! Good luck :]
