my diary (excited)

somebody sujested i should try making a diary on here so i can keep track a lil better.thought id give it a whorl.
feeling very motivated and refreshed today after joining this forum, so here goes
yesterday i let my hair down a lil
had half a bowl of special k with skimmed milk for breaky
i went riding rode three for and sweeping cleaning out
for lunch i had a cheese and ham wrap
had a hot choc in town
then tea time i had some of a chicken baugette
went out and had a few drink as ive not been out for month needed to de stress so can focus again.
going to start tottinng up all the calories again from today
yesterday wasnt too successful but im on track now =] x
 
today is going good though
had special k for breackfast its 114 cals
lunch i had chicken wrap + fruit which was roughly 400 cals
for dinner i had veg stir fry and frit which came to 750 cals
1264 cals
went to gym and did 45 mins

Welcome to the forum! I've found a lot of motivation and helpful tips here... hopefully you will, too! There are also a lot of people who ride horses (but I am not one of them, haha).

hii thank you im so excited to be talking to people who feel like me for once.
sooo today didnt really ssleep at all as usual so feeling tired couldnt really be bothered getting up
breakfast i had special k and skimmed milk 114 cals
snack i had a special k bar 90 cals
exercised the three horses so lots of exercise for me today
for lunch a sandwich and fruit roughly 500 cals
for dinner im planning to have chargreilled chicken breast with a few roasties and veg 650 cals
done an hour in gym and going for a walk later on
cals = roughly 1400

You probably need a few more calories than 1200 a day, ESPECIALLY if you are doing exercise.

Glad to see you took my advice on the diary ;)
 
i think i am going to try and eat abit more fruit to bulk up my meals as atleast then its not just empty cals like junk food. thank you for the advice =] x

been to the gym today very productive did an hour
just gunna go for a walk tonight to
havin chargrilled chicken and green beans for dinner x
 
woke up this morning such a dull day, its raining =[ soo tired not had much sleep again nota good day
breakfast i had 1/4 bowl of special k(we rang out) and one slice of toast 140cals
snack fruit 53cals
lunch i had cous cous and peas onions and small amount of chicken it was somewere between 400 and 500 cals i didnt eat that much so filling( bit more than i noramally have but totally worth the extra cals as low in fat and so full of goodness)
snack a piece of fruit 45cals
beans on toast im guessing at around 500 cals
i had two digestive biccys coz was feeling a lil shaky
went spinnign and gym too
cals= im guessing around 1500 (not got my maths head on today)

sooo today no sleep again feeling tired today not going to push myself at the gym as would only he a half ass work out.ill have a rest and get back on it tomorrow.done alot with the horses today though sweeping up ect so done a mini workout i guess.

dinner i had a jacket potatoe aiwth chillie con carni and cheese im gunna say 800 cals
had a few lil squares on choclate too..im not going to say omg ive messed up as i stepped on the scales and ive lost two pound and its not been a week yet i think a lil bit of what you fancy is good as long as its not every day

starting to feel a lil like a control freak totting up all my cals and sweating it out in the gym =[ x

hiiii so todayy im feeling HAPPPPPY!!!!!! tried on my bikinis and they were too big but wow they look good. feeling more motivated now. so today going to do an hour at the gym
breakfast i had special k 120 cals
fruit 50cals
sandwich and lil bit of cous cous 500 cals
fruit scone 300 cals
pasta bake 600 cals

hiii ok so today im happy went shopping last night
bough some new gym clothes coz my old ones are worn out lol and they are tight fit ones and they look fab =]
so feeling motivated again

my silly bro decided to take me out to lunch as a suprise (he didnt know im tryin to be healthy)
so pasta dish im gonig to say it was 1000 cals just roughly
dinner time i had special k 120 cals
special k bar 90 cals
cals 1380
didnt got to gym as i was helping out at play center till 9 at night

woop woop well today i weighed myself again i couldnt resist, i was gonig to wait a week but i have lost 4lbs this week YAY!! i know 4lbs isnt a lot but for months my weight hasnt budged.
gonig to go spinning tonight bit of a change from sittin in the pub i think.
so breakfast speical k 120 cals
snack pineapples about 80cals
lunch sandwhich 400cals
snack low fat choc yogurt 130cals
had stew for dinner guessing 700cals at max
spinning was amazing tonight loved it
1430 cals
also had a glass of wine so guessing at 1600 cals

been to the gym for 45mins and looked after horses
dinner jacket potato with beans and cheese im gonig to say 600 coz im not sure how many cals there are in a potatoe im guessing around 250
then going for a walk later on with doggies

Four pounds is awesome, you should definitely be excited by that! And new gym clothes, I totally get your excitement over that!! Sounds like you're doing awesome :)
