My Diary - A Mum to a 1 year old

Hi I have been cruising these boards for a long time and I thought I would start a on line Fitness diary and this is the place to do it:)
I'm 25 and a mum to a 1 year old I Joined my local Gym about 4 months ago I was going to the gym on and off for a few months but Just recently I have been going 5 days a week.I want to tone up and lose some weight and hopefully inspired other mums out there :) I'm 62kgs at 165cm tall and I want to get down to say 58kgs and get my abs looking hot.I'm from Australia thats why I'm a day in front.

Monday - 1 hour cardio workout
Tuesday - 1 hour cardio workout
Wednesday - 30 mins on the treadmill & 1 hour body combat class

Thurdays - 30 mins on the treadmill & 1 hour of Body Combat
Friday - Today I shall return I'm of to the gym shortly

I'm feeling good,more confident in myself and I haven't been depressed this week all happy thoughts.My knee does hurt alittle I don't know what I've done there I hope it doesn't interfere with my workout today.
