My cutting routine

As i'm pretty new to cutting, just wondering how you think this will do...

Push and pull refer to a normal hour long workout of the push/pull exercises i used for bulking.

Cardio is done around a 400m running track, where i do (after a couple of km jog to warm up):

Flat out sprinting 100m
Jog winding down to a walk for 50m
25 crunches/pushups/squats
Walk winding up to a jog for 50m
Sprint another 100
Then repeat for about 30 mins.

My whole cycle then goes:

Day 1: Push
Day 2: Cardio (as above)
Day 3: Pull
Day 4: Cardio (as above)

Then repeat.

And generally eating a clean diet of lots of lean protein foods, all carbs from complex/wholeweat foods, and 2 straight whey shakes a day.

What do you think?

looks good! I like the interval sprints a lot! Just dont make the mistake of using too light a load for your lifting.

100% Agreed.. Lifting heavy, or as heavy as used for bulking, raises your metabolism a considerable amount and is great for losing fat.. When I cut, I'm a lot more strict in what I eat, and I add another day of cardio, nothing else changes..
