My current stats. help needed please

ok guys here are my current stats calculated today, considering 1 yr ago i wieghed in at 18.5stones of mostly bodyfat..

AGE: 24
Gender: Male
Hieght: 6ft 5inches
weight: 16.4stones (225lbs)
BMI:27.1
BMR(basic metabolic rate)2311calories
fat%:21.3
Fat mass: 3.1stones

I lift free wieghts in compound techniques using a bench 3 times a week 30-40 mins with 2 nights a week cardio (stationary bike 25-35mins). I eat steadily throughout the day mostly carbs/protiens and mono fats icluding protien shakes 1-2 times daily total daily calories about 2500. sometimes i'l eat cheese and toast before bed ( i know i shouldnt). Ideally i want to lose 2 stones of fat and put on 30lbs of mass before august this yr.. is that alot to be hoping for? any diet/excersise/lifting suggestions will be much appreciated thanks. Just need to make sure i'm doing things right i suppose

thats quite a feat thats more mass (muscle) than most can do in a whole year even when just starting.

the fat loss part (28.8lbs) is quite realistic for the 7 month target. (about 1 lb a week)

so what you are looking at is around 1/2 that time cutting and half bulking. at best you can hope to maybe get 1/2 that muscle without additional fat. BUt thats still a decent goal.

Make progression your goal and just do reality checks al,ong the way.

IMHO
cheers

I dont know if this is true but an american named Anthony Ellis apparently gained 30lbs of mass in 12 weeks with the correct blend of diet/excersise and supplements (no steriods), its on his site. He has progress photos to prove it i know these could have been altered or taken yrs apart but it seems genuine. thats why i thats why i figured a 30lbs gain in 25 weeks was a reasonable target, i stand corrected if thats not the case

cant believe you guys dont know what a stone is!!!!

worse yet its from the same imperial system that you use anyway!!!!

why cant you just go metric like the rest of us. You have the newest civilisation in the world but you still use old skool weights.

metric is so much easyer, 1 ltr of water weighs 1 kg, so you know how much liquid you have just by weghing it.
