It looks pretty good, but I recommend doing your larger muscle groups first... For example, do Chest, then Back and finally Triceps. On the next day, do Shoulders, then Biceps and finally Forearms.
Exercising your smaller muscles (i.e. triceps) before your larger muscles (i.e. back) could fatigue your muscles to the point where you may not be able to handle as much weight as you could if you did the larger muscles first.
