My Current Scheduele

Monday- Chest/Triis/Back
Tuesday- Bis/Shoulders/Forearms
Wednsday- Legs, Abs
Thursday- Chest/Triis/Back
Friday- Bis/Shoulders/Forearms
Saturday- Rest
Sunday- Rest

Do you think this is a good scheduele and I am getting enough rest? My goal is to gain mass and strength.
 
It looks pretty good, but I recommend doing your larger muscle groups first... For example, do Chest, then Back and finally Triceps. On the next day, do Shoulders, then Biceps and finally Forearms.

Exercising your smaller muscles (i.e. triceps) before your larger muscles (i.e. back) could fatigue your muscles to the point where you may not be able to handle as much weight as you could if you did the larger muscles first.
