Looking good girl I wanted to pop in and say hey and no pc yet I am on my sissters right now! Miss ya!

snack: ff fig newtons (200,0)
lunch: 1 c. broccoli (30,0) + chicken and pasta - thanks to honey (420,140)
dinner: slice of veggie lasagna, tossed salad w/ sweet onion vinaigrette, one chocolate chip cookie and one small piece of bread

total cals: 920,190 (goal 1300)
exercise: 30 min elliptical (-250) + weights/arms
h2o: 32 + 16 + 16

alright... i'm going to try this whole caloric cycling thing... to see if I can work on tricking my body to lose more fat...

According to here is what I need for my height and weight to lose fat:

My Goals
Monday - 1200
Tuesday - 1800
Wednesday - 1500
Thursday - 1300
Friday - 1700
Saturday - 1500
Sunday - 1500

I also downloaded and uploaded some new rockin tunes on my mp3 player for the gym... my new FAVORITE workout song is: "I believe in a thing called love" by The Darkness.... awesome awesome awesome

Since I probably had more like 1700 cals yesterday, I'm going to aim for 1300 today =)

bkfst: special k w/ skim & blackberries (175, 10)
snack: apple (80,0)
lunch: tuna w/ pasta & peas (385, 75) + carrots (30,0)
dinner: contessa sesame chicken dinner (435,130)
snack: frozen yogurt (140,35)

total cals: 1245, 240 (goal 1300 calories, >390 from fat)
exercise: 30 min HIIT on elliptical, + leg weights
h2o: 16+16+16

Dear Courage to Be,
Thank you for telling us (the 20 lbs to lose group) about your diary. I haven't ventured into this part of the site before. Pretty cool! I think you have a great attitude, and you're right, you deserve to take good care of yourself. I think that's the hardest part to realize, you know? That it's something you deserve. I've had the most traumatic year of my life as well, and I've used it as an excuse to stop taking care of myself, to the point that my doctor told me I really needed to do better. As someone who has always been commended by their physician for how I do health-wise, that was a real wake-up call for me! This online support group is SO GOOD for our motivation and to remind us that we deserve to take good care of ourselves! I'm impressed with how well you're doing, and just reading about how well you're doing provides me with motivation to do the same, so thank you!
I hope you have a happy, healthy weekend (with a good little splurge here and there for good measure;) )

I know... they are normally really really expensive... they have been $4 for a small container... but they had a special last week w/ a super large container (normally $12) for only $5!!! I couldn't resist =)

I think I am getting into the habit again of being around here... for a long time, I would stop by once a week and it just didn't help at all... but now that I am connected again, it make such a big difference!!!
 
it's actually me! from when i was 2 or so... I had to do this autobiography project recently and found the pic, and I too think it's way cute, so I thought i'd use it...

although my fiance said... hey - what happened to you?! :p
 
annabanana - don't worry about it =) I view my posts in linear mode, so i see them all in the order of posting =) you can change it at the top of the page by where the page numbers are... just click "display mode" if you want to change yours.... it is easier to see what posts are recent that way =)
