ack - i have a hard time getting in here to post... but I was at the gym saturday and again today... one hour on the elliptical a piece, leg weights sat and arms this morning.

I'm doing fairly good with my calories as well - i have better food in my pantry that usual.

today:
bkfst: oatmeal (160,25)
snack: most of an apple (75,0)
lunch: chicken soup (200,30)
snack: bowl of special k (160,5)
dinner: fresco style tacos (380, 140)
study group: soy latte (75,30)
girls night: 2 martinis (300,0) + 1/2 pear/gorgonzola salad (100,80)

total cals: 1450, 310
exercise: elliptical (-545) + 15 arm weights (-60)
h2o: 16+16+24+16= 72

ack! I've been gone a few days... and I have less than two months until hawaii =( ... during the weekend I didn't do so well - not horrible, but definately not drinking water like I should have been. I have GOT to get back on track... getting to the gym sometime over the weekend would have been good - but my back was sore from pulling a muscle and I used that as an excuse. lame-o.

girls night: not so good! 4 drinks (over 4 hours) and a few munchis

oh yeah... tons of veggies. =) what i like most about the skillet dinners is that they have really great flash frozen vegetables - lots of snow peas and carrots and mushrooms. I'm also really good about loading veggies on my burgers =D

again - my weekend killed me =( I'm back to 146, after losing a few pounds. I have got to get with the program!!!

eh, looking back over it - i could use more veggies. I need to start eating more salad with my meals... which means i need to take a trip to the grocery store
 
I really like to be the one to cook at home - it gives me the chance to count up all the calories and portion out the correct serving size... but dang! its a lot of work! making that casserole tonight, I counted every single tater tot to make sure I could add it all up right. =P

I did make a trip to the store. And I picked up some blackberries to use for salads and breakfast and some carrots to munch on. Not too exciting, but if I ate the way I wanted to, my fiance wouldn't have any dinner!!! I would kill for some grilled fish and asparagas... we're going to have to figure that one out.

well - Tuesdays are always my cheat night b/c of girls night out... I didnt' HAVE to have the cake - but it was dark chocolate instead of regular (sheepish look)... but I'm doing fantastic today. I'm planing on having some kind of snack when I get home - something under 200 calories or so - maybe yogurt or a bowl of cereal with some berries.

haven't figured out what I might snack on - I need to go raid the cupboard...

The really exciting news is that my fiance did this really awesome thing. I wasnt home for dinner b/c i had to work, so he saved the leftovers for me, but he put a sticky note on top that said how many calories there were in the dinner he made! It was such an awesome gesture that he was really helping me out - especially after the night before we had this whole talk about how salad had lots of calories.
