I didn't do too bad today... but I didn't need the ice cream =( I think my new year's resolution is to only eat ice cream 1 night a week - grey's anatomy night! and then to only have frozen yogurt =)

oh - and I weighed myself this morning =( 147... which is around 10 lbs more than I weighed in September... this was a yucky fall, and this will be a totally new year for me!

lunch: 1/2 medium veggie pizza (840, 220)

dinner: chicken and dumplings (300, 105)

right... so late last night (i've been staying up far too late) I was very hungry... and so I decided to eat some light popcorn... (100,0) and then still wasn't full, so I had a bowl of cereal (165, 5)... so not so good on the calorie count!

Today:
lunch: leftover chicken & dumplings (200, 75)
snack: bowl of cereal (165,5)
snack: munched all afternoon =(
dinner: 2 chicken fajitas & chips/queso (?)

total cals:
h2o: nada
exercise: 20 min

ack! I can't seem to get myself back into the habit of checking in here. I am going to start writing down my calories for the day in my planner and then update every evening... and I'm finally starting back at the gym today... 9 weeks until Hawaii and i'm all flabby =(

oh! and the other good thing about posting right after dinner - I'm not allowing myself to eat afterwards! (except on Grey's Anatomy nights) !!!

whew, I felt SO good yesterday after eating healthy... and I went to bed feeling full - which was especially grand =)

It was pretty funny though - i was trying to limit my chips and queso, but was having a hard time figuring out portion sizes... finally, I just took all the chips and divided them in 8 piles, and then only ate one of them - my fiance devoured the rest =) and I only dunked, not scooped my queso, so I think its a pretty fair guestimate =) hehehe...

by the way - those naked burritos FILL YOU UP! I almost couldn't finish mine, which made it easier to skip out on the chips

I got to the gym again today... i feel SOOOO good!
