doing sort of good today... already planned pigs in a blanket for lunch - w/o thinking about calories and portions... but its all good...
 
I'm sorry you had a rough day.......sounds like you have some great ideas of what might be triggering your over indulging...

yay! i got exercise in again... i was actually shocked when i went back to the gym today... in just a few months they rearranged all the machines - and installed 6 new flat screen televisions in front of all of the cardio machines... so i got to watch a press conference while working out today - they broadcast the audio via radio channels! I was pretty stoked..

well, today I had breakfast with a group at a diner - and ordered the pancakes, but they were sooooo greasy - and good! and I had some bacon... and since I have dinner at another person's house tonight - today's calories probably just won't matter =(

But I am getting out to the gym... I weighed myself this morning and i'm at 143.5... which is about 2lb loss this week as far as I can tell. I've been at about 145.5 for the past week or so. I can start to even feel it and see it around my mid-section.. the part of my body that really clues me in when i need to begin working out again!

off i go!
 
thanks nb =) it's amazing how much just a kickstart after being away so long from exercise does... I have worked out 5 of the last 7 days... and went two months before that without doing anything... so i'm sure a lot of it has to do with just getting going again.

I just got back from the gym... my arms hurt so bad! i mean, hurt so good! ;)

alright... finals are over, holidays are over (except new year's) and i'm ready to focus!

unfortunately, I have a cold and don't have the biggest appetite, or desire to exercise... we'll see what the next few days bring...
