I've been working hard to lose weight this year. I started walking at the beginning of summer & didn't really lose much weight but lost inches (thank goodness I measured!) We joined the gym towards the end of summer & I started doing some aerobics classes & still walking. I lost 15 lbs. I turned 36 in November & my original goal was to lose 36 lbs by my 36th birthday~of course it didn't happen but I didn't gain back the 15 I've lost! LOL

This is the best before pic I can find so I dont know if you can tell any difference!Beginning of Summer 2009

I'll come back and post these when my husband gets home! I tried getting my 6 year old to take my pic! LOL didn't work so well

My starting weight was 175, My current weight is 159-160, My goal weight is 130ish
 
Well, I can already see a difference from the two pictures...you are doing great, keep up the good work! Remember, the slower you lose the weight, the more likely you are too KEEP it off!
 
I can certainly tell. Great stuff!

I like that you're not of the "type" who falls short of a goal and gives up. Rather you reassess and move forward.
