with pictures every 2 weeks.

Well good luck with that:)

What is your current diet and routine like? More we know better advice we can give.

im eating not to much per day and im starting to eat vegitables which i never ate before hand. I havent really done a real workout in about a year now when i quit working out. I usually play about 30 minutes of sports everyday(basketball, tennis, lacrosse, football) whatever im in the mood for, and on sundays i play one hockey game. but thats about it. any suggestions?

I would suggest with starting sets of situps and pushups if you don't go to the gym. (Like me)
For the diet, I suggest not eating fast foods and stuff. Also, when you eat is also important. For me, I try not to eat any food after 7 PM. Hope you have success on your goal.

i have a gym right next to my school i just need to start going there. yeah i need to get off the junk food and sodas. ill try not eating past 7 or 8.

If I had a frame like yours I'd choose to bulk to gain some lean muscle. Then worry about the fat after you finish bulking.

Its a tough choice.. Do you bulk now and extend the period where you will need to cut? Or do you cut now and then bulk up when you are nice and lean.
Looks like you are packing a bit of heat in that belly. You might want to lower your BF down to at least 10% before you bulk up. If you normally hold onto that much fat, I can only imagine what a hypercaloric diet would do for you in the way of fat storage.
The main thing you probably have to address is your diet. Its really amazing how eating right can already have you seeing changes.

Aznchaosk, I really dont mean to be rude man, but you should really consider looking into what the advice you give will do to a person (or yourself for that matter) Sorry to sound like a dick bro. But how will not eating after 7 pm help someone? I mean.. sure they will lose weight, but a lot of it will be muscle.
Its important to get nutrition all through your waking hours, even if you are "cutting."
When you stop feeding your body it will want to store more fat for fuel.

Beachjunie,
If I were you I would get in the gym, and get onto a good program (training/diet). Inactivity and malnourishment are your enemies if you want to get in shape.

^^I'm with nice

...unfortunately a part of me says bulk....but that's prolly cause i hate cutting....:D
