I had inched up to 280lbs and decided not to let my body control me any longer. Now at 270lbs and going down.

I'm eating 2000 calories a day, where 3500 calories would maintain the 270lbs. I'm looking to lose 3 lbs a week.

I'm drinking 96 oz of water a day sometimes 120oz, all over the course of the day.

Exercise: Tai Bo M, W, F and Pilates t, th, sat. plus 30 mins of cardio on an elliptical.

Please leave comments, suggestions, and/or corrections

i was right there with ya 3 months ago ....except i was at 282 lbs....and after slight exercise and NOW 2000 calorie diet and exercise 4 days a weekand now am down to 262 .....and i know thas only like 20 lbs...but man its great ....and if i can do it .....ANYONE..can do it lol but best of luck on your journey i cant say itll be the easiest thing ull ever do BUT!!!!!! it will be one of the most rewarding i promise u that!

Don't worry for you stretch marks, they'll fade away.

Mine have started to fade, just haven't figured if it's because of time or because I lost weight...:rolleyes:
