For the past few days i have been reading everyones stories and looking at everyones amazing pictures, and i keep thinking to myself- i want that to be me. So i took a bog step for me today, and finally took some before pics. Today is the first day to my transformation- and i thought i would post my starting... Right now i am 167.6 pounds, and only 5 feet tall. I am a stay at home mom, and dont have lots of extra money to do these fad diets, hire personal trainers, and i dont have time to go to a gym or curves because of my children. I will be doing this all on my own, and im hoping some support from others who are right there in the same boat with me will give me that added umph. All my teenage years i was never over 120 pounds- then i had kids and have not lost a POUND... it just seems to stay. well, my youngest is 19 months and my husband and i want another, only i cant immagine getting pregnant and adding more to this body... i need to get in shape!!

starting weight:167.6 lbs ~~ Goal: 130 lbs~~ lost so far: 0.0 lbs

Hey :) good luck on your weight loss, i'm sure you'll do brilliant. You've got a good shape to begin with, a really teeny tiny waist, bet you end up with a really good hourglass figure :D

I have a 20 month old and am a stay home mom too! Nothing like a toddler to keep you running around the house! You are going to do great! What is your plan of attack?

I lost about 10 lbs - then i hit a plataeu. I was eating mostly good (so I thought) and exercising a couple of days a week. My friend referred me to sparkpeople.com . You enter your food and exercise everyday. When you first sign up - its free - you enter your goals - start weight goal weight - it tells you how may carbs, fat, protein, etc for you to eat in a day. When you enter your food it totals them up. In the past 8 weeks I have lost another 12lbs. Check it out! It it daily motivation.
