Thanks again guys! It seems like life is throwing a curveball my way lately. As soon as I started working out again, I broke my toe (atleast it feels like it!). That happened about two weeks ago. It was all bruised and sore, and now the bruising is gone, but it's still a little sore if I wear sneakers, so I have been working out this week barefoot.....I know, right! Now I have a pretty bad cold and have to kind of force myself to get up and at 'em!
Also, one change is that I have stopped my Jillian Michaels videos for now. With those I seem to be putting on muscle with no additional fat loss. SO, I have gone back to my Denise Austin Boot Camp video which is about 50 minutes a day. This is what I used to start that helped me lose 24 pounds. It's mostly aerobic with light weights, which is better for me personally with weight loss. I'd like to lose another 15 pounds, which is not much, but difficult because it's that "last few pounds". Once I am happy with my jean size (I'll be thrilled with a 5 because I've never been that slim!), I will start my Jillian Michaels videos again to "sculpt" the muscles. So far I have lost a pound this week with Denise Austin, so I am hoping for about 2 pounds a week to reach my goal by June, but not expecting any faster than that! I'll post more pictures as my body changes!
