My before pic

My before pic - new photos added

I thought I would post my "before" pic, soon I will post a current one and hopefully in a month my "after" pic! This one show me at New Years Eve, I am 5'4" and was 141 in this pic. I have since then buckled down at the gym and I am down to 132. I feel like I have put on some muscle too. As you can see (or at least in my opinion) my waist/abs area is the worst. I will soon be posting better photos, more like the ones that everyone else posts (ie different angles and muscle groups).

C'mon, give me some feedback to motivate me at the gym!

Update:I couldn't find any more pics from before, but I've posted some truly embarassing photos of myself taken today. As you can see, my arms need serious help, and my tummy and inner thighs are flabby (at least that's what I see as my problem areas). Any advice on how to work these areas better would be appreciated.

Too small a picture to say anything..but overall you look to be in shape. I like the color of the car too. :)

I have to agree with thedevil - pic is a little too small to be specific, you don't seem to be in bad shape. Surely losing 9lbs in just over a month is motivation enough?! ;)

There was a car in that picture?

LOL, hard to see it past my big butt! J/k. There are actually 2 cars in the photo, a 2004 Dodge Stratus R/T (the red one, my husband's car) and behind that a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo (mine). We also just got a motorcycle, a 2006 Honda 600F4i, as seen on my avatar. I guess you could call us gearheads.

I will post a bigger photo soon. I didn't realize that one was so small!

I like the 4Fi... My buddy races one on the track along with the RR. I raced the SV-650S. But my street ride was a beast... Hayabusa with tricked out engine and pipe. Fast thing... I ditched it when we had our daughter a year ago, and I gave up the motorcycle racing at the track as well. Too many wrecks and too much danger associated (think 185MPH in traffic around the DC beltway). I wanna be standing on two legs at my daughters graduation and wedding (hopefully in that order!)

We need a bigger picture, 'cause you certainly don't look 140+ to me.

You want something to motivate you at the gym? Most people fail where you are succeeding kiddo. Take that to the bank!

Angel that pic is wayyy to small.. modivation ...hmmm look at it this way you'll be healthier, have more energy and look friggin great!! My main modivation is my patients... I can lift them without injuring myself and get them definative care sooner, can't wait for lift assist it could be too late or cause troubles for the pt.. so given that the average lift is atleast 200lbs plus all our stuff- that gets my ass to the gym every chance I get... Pick a goal and work it hard til you get there then pick another. just keep kicking it!!! Good luck :D

This is the photo they were talking about, and a photo of the cars and bike. I removed it to make room for my other photos.

I will! My goal is to go from (currently) 132 pounds/ 21% bf to about 125 pounds/ 16/17% bf by April 1st. Look for my "after" photos then! :p

I have to say you look great, would like to see more of that tattoo.

Thanks, I designed it myself. The butterfly is a symbol of metamorphosis, and the 2 scrolls on either side actually are 2 halves of a heart. Encased in the heart scrolls are K k (on the left, for my sons Kyle and Karson), and J (on the right, for my husband Jason).

You have a good bod darling. More weight training I think you need? What do you think?

Thanks. I've upped the weight training a lot since then. I've lost down to about 125, but don't know my bf% yet. I'll post new photos soon, those are about 2 months old.
