Don't give up when you are doing so good. Just look at one of your old pictures and look in the mirror how you look today. Its progress. Thats good. Keep it up! Just keep doing what you've been doing because its working.

as everyone said congrats and difference is very noticeable, but whats up with you not being happy in the last pic?
 
took a couple of months off but kept my weight steady and am back to work now,bee on my diet 4 days now and am on a role

Really a noticeable difference! Keep up the great work in 2010! Have you been exercising as well as dieting, or have you just changed the way you eat?
