My before/current pics.

I'm 5'10", 212 lbs, and 24 years old. I have no idea what % my BF is. Anyway, I do pushups, situps, and work with two 30 lbs dumbells. I'm going to look at a bench and squat rack tonight. Also, I'm going to start FIIT training after work.

These are my current pics that will be used as 'before' pics to guage my progress. I thought I would share.

Ahhh, I see. Its been along time and 30 lbs since I trained hard. My goal is to get down to 185lbs. I'm trying to keep them obtainable otherwise I would say 175. Most importantly I just want to loose ALOT of body fat.

I have a very boing job. I'm a cartographer.(fancy word for 'guy who makes maps') We use a GIS system so I got all day drawing lines on maps on a computer. :)

Well, in the last 2 1/2 weeks, I've watched what I eat, have not drank any pop(replaced pop with water), and have lifted weights pretty religously. This morning I weight in at 204. I'm actually amazed at how easy its coming off. I'll take another pic after I get under 200lbs.
