Well I could have made it to my goal along time ago but I keep falling off. The good thing is I am not gaining just maintaining so I am not to worried. I am trying to get back to my old routine though.I woul love to get down to normal size 8 and get my body fat down or lose another 20. I am not too wraped up with the number though as long as I look and feel good in my clothes.
So here are my befores and now
My highest weight 210-213 in January (result from bad diet and 2 pregnancies and gaining toooooo much weight!)
This is from April, May and June
My current weight is about 72 Kilos or about 160-163 pounds.Size 8-10.

You are BEAUTIFUL! What a great job you've done getting back into shape! Congratulations to you! Oh, you must feel soooooo good...can't wait until I get there, too! Best wishes on maintaining!
