My before and inbetween

hey, sounds like working out and eating right is the way to go! haha, but really I feel like I have no right to say anything that you could improve on, from what I read it sounds like the track to success, The only thing I could say is don't wear yourself out at the gym getting back into it, You need to get used to it and going that much you might strain your muscles too much! Thats just me though I know i'd be too sore to go haha. keep me updated!

You look terrific - and as others have stated, you carry the weight well.

You are slightly taller than me and I remember the first time I hit 200 lbs (going the wrong way on the scale) - I don't think I looked as good as you do now. Now my first major goal now is to hit the 200 lb mark (199 really) - currently in the 230's. Looking at your pictures brought a wave of good feeling over me. I hope to look half as good when I'm there.

Were in the same boat jen! Hitting 245, killllled me, and now here I am plugging away at it, I'm sure you'll look fantastic, Be happy with your body and the hard work your putting into it! and thankyou for the nice comments it really keeps me motivated :) keep in touch and let me know how its going!

Like the many people who have inspired you, you in turn have inspired me. I was just contemplating making peanut butter cookies for a snack but instead, I decided to look at before and after pictures. Your pictures have reminded me of what I want and that peanut butter cookies won't help me get it - thus, I am not making them.

Thanks!!!!

OMG! I cannot believe in the last pic that you're even 200 pounds! Like Alta said, you don't look a pound over 135!

Congrats on your weight loss journey so far! It's a tough road but it's well worth it in the end! :)

I wish you the best! <3
