My Before and Current!

Thanks! most people don't believe me when I tell them I am almost 300 lbs. But I notice it. My Friends and Family have all been surprised by my weightloss and I still have alot to go. :coolgleamA:

How the hell tall are you? Unless you're like 6'5, I don't see how you are 400+ lbs in the first pic.
 
Great job on the weight loss! I agree with Steve. When I think of 400lbs, you don't look it in the first pic, and you definitely don't look 300 in the second. I guess you just carry your weight well :) Losing that 100lbs is great!

wow even at 410...u looked heavy but u didnt look like u were 400 lbs. and now at 300 u look like u could be in the low 200s. but good job still!
 
I try to stay active, I have a suspended drivers license so I have to walk or ride my bike everyone. I avoid fast food and that helps alot.
