This was the picture I saw that made me know I had to do something. This was Thanksgiving day 2006. I weighed right at 200 pounds here.

In Jan of 07 I had breast reduction and as soon as I was cleared by my Dr. I started exercising and changing my eating habits, healthy food and smaller portions. In Feb my husband deployed and I kicked up the weight loss, and when he got home for R&R in Aug I looked like this.

I weighed right around 140 here. I gained about 10 back since I had surgery about 2 months ago, so I have a goal to lose 15 or so.

Tremendous progress!

I bet your hubby was surprised when he got back. :)

Best to you with getting the small gain off.

Congrats on your success!!! I second the comment on your very pretty hair :) Good luck with your goal in getting the last 15 or so off.

Great work! I'm sure you feel different too!

It sounds like you did it the right way, the healthy way too!

Don't feel obligated to answer but I'm curious as to how the reduction went, your experience, and would you recommend it? I am fairly large chested myself(38DDD) and if they don't shrink enough throughout my weightloss journey I may consider a reduction or lift.

Absolutely! It was one of the best things I have done. I went from a G to a C and am so happy with the results. I qualified through my insurance since it was causing me physical pain. I would check it out to see if your insurance covers it, no harm trying it the best thing would be that you get covered or at least partially covered.
